Hey Wes.  Shad is correct, last year it was right around 32ish, as it was 7m from there over to Twin.  This year it's name is more appropriate as "Half Pipe" at mile 29.1 which is 5.6m from Fish (the "halfmoon" aid was ~9m from Fish last year).  If you are studying splits, the best thing to do is calculate total time from Fish to Twin...since crew won't be at either the half pipe or the new mt. elbert fluid only aid.  Plan to just fill bottles and grab food and keep moving forward.
