Quick and dirty:  I'd love some feedback.
I've got my next 9 months laid out running wise and would love to have some input on what I've got right and what's wrong.
First a link to the plan itself.
I'm starting off really slow and ramping miles up at a rate of about 10%/week because I recently took a full 7 weeks off from running in the wake of a broken bone sustained in a 50k in PA.

Through April my "Key Workouts" are mostly intervals and after that hill work.  That's very subject to change depending on where I am any given week.  When I'm in Cuevas (a little eco-tourism destination I am lucky enough to manage in the Andean Foothills) I can't avoid hills so I'll be running hills instead of intervals...
Thanks for anything you guys can offer.

I am a 100 miler first timer, so I am still trying to figure it out myself.  It looks like a solid build up, but are you going to work in some training races in to the plan? There must be some cool races near by, aside from the Andes, Chili looks nice and hilly.

Yeah, I'd love to see some racing on my schedule.  I'm actually working on my wife to let me come to CO for the Trail Running Festival in Fruita where I hope to do the 50 and the Half, but her initial reaction was: You want to go to CO for a week to RACE?!!!!
We'll see.  Races in Bolivia are really hard to find advance warning for, so I kind of have to make up my own thing...

There must be a local running group in the area.  How is you Quechua?  Man it would be a cool time to learn a new language like Quechua.
