Good Trail Runs in Leadville?
Hi all -
I'm new here and would like to see some of your suggestions on good trail routes in the Leadville area. I run a lot in Evans Gulch - up CR 3, and some of the side roads, and often back down CR 1.
You can use 'Gmaps Pedometer' to map out routes with elevation data and mile markers, but it only works on the county roads. If anyone has some real trail routes and a resource like 'Gmaps' that works for trails, it would be great to see it posted…

Things are heating up!
On Saturday, I did Hope Pass from the north side. A couple snow fields to cross but nothing risky. Hope Pass is open for business. A video I made of the run while playing with my GoPro.

Denver Trail Night usage! - Jefferson County trails
I know a fair amount of you are on the front range in Denver and this could possibly affect you in a very positive way but we'll have to fight for this. Jeffco is currently being asked to consider allowing us (runners/hikers/mtb-ers) to use the Jeffco Open Space trails at night. We have until the 26th of March to collect idea, comments, concerns before the next presentation to the board. For a rundown by Adam Feerst, many of you will recognize the name from the LT100 email list, please see…
